ust finished Good Company by Cynthia D’Aprix Sweeney.
This new novel by the author of The Nest is about a woman named Flora Mancini, who is married to Julian. They have a daughter named Ruby. Flora is an actress that now does voice over work and Julian is also an actor. Her best friend Margot Is a big tv star and her husband David is a surgeon.

The story centers around Julians missing wedding ring that is found one day by Flora, hidden in an envelope in a box. She finds it because she is looking for an old photo of the 4 friends.
The finding of this ring will bring changes to these people’s lives. Their closeness to each other is told in flashbacks. Their lives intersect in so many ways, especially with Ruby, who is very close to Margot.
The book is a good study of relationships and how, even when things are with the best of intentions, the results can have the most profound affects on people’s lives.
A good second novel
