“Oh, I just loved it, and the town is adorable, too. Stuck in the middle of South Georgia, 30 miles from the nearest interstate (which is probably the reason it’s retained its charm), celebrated for their yearly rose festival. Charming downtown area, vibrant and busy. Beautiful park. Quite captured me.
I bought three books and wished I could buy 300. There were three local artists there the first day I was there signing their books. I bought from one of them and again, would have bought from the other two also if I could afford it.”
