Over Christmas we brought you the news that Tom Hardy would be reading the New Year bedtime story on the BBC children’s channel CBeebies. The actor was accompanied by his dog, Woodstock and the story went down a storm with both mothers and children.
It’s little wonder the show caused such a furore, Hardy is quite the hit with the ladies and it seems the cuteness overload of Tom and his dog reading bedtime stories was just too much for some of you.
In the unlikely event you missed Tom Hardy’s appearance on CBeebies you can catch it here, but now it’s been announced that both Tom and Woodstock will be back in a few weeks with another appearance!
On Valentine’s Day, 14th February, Tom Hardy will again sit on the CBeebies couch and again he’ll be accompanied by Woodstock. This time he’ll be reading The Cloudspotter by Tom McLaughlin and you can watch either on 14th February when it airs on CBeebies, or catch up on the iPlayer.
The celebrity readers series has proved a popular addition to the CBeebies Book at Bedtime slot with a range of celebrities taking part including actor Damian Lewis and astronaut Tim Peake, but none of them have got the mums quite so excited as Tom Hardy!
