Cast Your Eyes over Another of Sylvie Facon’s Beautiful Book Dresses

Last year, we published an article detailing beautiful dresses made from books that were created by the French designer Syvlie Facon, who uses old books to create beautiful garments. If you loved Facon’s gowns, then you’ll want to check out a more recent design she’s created.

If you’re the type of person who hates to so much as bend the spine of a book, then worry not! Facon uses books that are beyond repair to create her dresses, so rest assured that she doesn’t simply tear up perfectly good books for her projects. She teams up with costume designer Morgane E. Grosdemange to create these dresses and their aim is to make a beautiful item of clothing that also tells a story, quite literally in this case.
