Gilmore Girls has turned out to be a resounding success, and those who missed it when it aired are now enjoying it on Netflix as it goes out across the world.
The show is bookish, feminist, pushing the boundaries and looking at friendships, ambition, and sex, and today we hear the news that actress and producer Lauren Graham, star of the show is about to release her memoirs!
Talking as Fast as I Can will be released on 29th November 2016 and will coincide with Netflix’s revival of Gilmore Girls on November 25th. The actress is star of both Gilmore Girls, and Parenthood, and also already has a novel to her name. This will be her first non-fiction work and fans are already counting down the days to release.
In Talking as Fast as I Can, Graham will talk about her life, her loves, and her time working on the shows that made her famous. The hardback will be released by Virago on 29th November and is available for pre-order now.
It’s billed as “wonderful and hilarious” giving a charming, smart and wise insight into what it’s like to be a famous actress in Hollywood, and it’s already hotly tipped to be a bestseller this Christmas. Graham’s novel, Someonday, Someday, Maybe was a New York Times bestseller back in 2014 and it really does seem that the Gilmore Girls’ actress can go no wrong right now!
