Singer Adele Credits Single Book for Changing Her Life

By August 17, 2020Inspired by Literature, News

Over the last few months, since the end of her marriage, Adele has apparently been making some major life changes. Whatever the tabloid say, or spin, anyone can see that the singer has gone through an astonishing personal transformation that has seen her lose a great deal of weight. We can only assume by her smile in recent photos that the loss was intentional and that she is happy.

Whatever her size, and the media’s obsession with it, Adele is just as beautiful as she’s ever been, but maybe that’s because she claims to have found peace and inner solitude, and she’s crediting a book for the life-changing epiphany.

In a post on Instagram this week, Adele put the new her down to a single title! We bookworms know that books can change your life, and Adele would certainly agree. Here’s the post.

If you’re ready – this book will shake your brain and make your soul scream. I am so ready for myself after reading this book! It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Whew! Anyone who has any kind of capacity to truly let go and give into yourself with any kind of desire to hold on for dear life – Do it. Read it. Live it. Practice it. We are a lot! But we are meant to be a lot! .. “A good life is a hard life!” Read this book and have a highlighter on hand to make notes because you’ll want to refer back to it trust me! I never knew that I am solely responsible for my own joy, happiness and freedom!! Who knew our own liberation liberates those around us? Cause I didn’t!! I thought we were meant to be stressed and disheveled, confused and selfless like a Disney character! ProBloodyFound!! You’re an absolute don Glennon ♥️

Untamed by Glennon Doyle is part memoir, part self-help guide, a new trend of books we’ve been seeing in recent years. The New York Times bestselling book is written by activist, speaker and bestselling author Glennon Doyle is said to be a powerful memoir and if Adele’s recommendation is anything to go by, it’s well worth picking up and reading!
