Tween’s blog ‘I’ve Pet That Dog’ is now a book!

Pet That Dog has started as a sweet kid’s blog to an interactive book!

Gideon Kidd started the website when he was 8 to record all the dogs he pets while out and about. So far he has pet over 1000 dogs in real life- and hundreds have been given virtual pats and smooths- and all have been recorded in his blog I’ve Pet That Dog.

The now-12-year-old adores animals in general but dogs are their absolute favourite- with
chihuahuas, St. Bernards, and bulldogs placed in top billing.

The book is based on the blog concept with extra information for dog lovers and potential pet owners. Readers are given advice on how to approach dogs you’d like to pet, what signs of friendliness or aggression to look out for, and information about the breeds of dogs you may encounter.
