We started at 1918, bringing you the bestselling books of the last one hundred years. We’re moving along now and we’re starting to get close to what will be the end of this blog series as today we feature 2001.

2001 was the the year that shook the Western World, as terrorists flew into the Twin Towers in New York causing thousands of deaths. On the other side of the world, another tower hit the news, as the Leaning Tower of Pisa reopened after extensive repairs to stabilise it without repairing its lean.

So here they are, the ten top selling books of 2001. We’re also featuring some well known books that didn’t make the cut!
