I read Liane Moriarty’s Big Little Lies a couple of years ago when it was released and I absolutely loved it! I hadn’t read many mystery type books previously and the whole time I was reading it I was completely engrossed and kept thinking it would make a brilliant television series.
Well it seems the guys at HBO agreed with me, and back in October we brought you the news that a television mini-series is coming with the first teaser release for Big Little Lies!
Now we have a release date and an official trailer! I’ll say no more, take a look and see what you think.
It certainly looks high-suspense and I can’t wait to watch it! The show premiers on HBO on February 19th at 9pm, so there’s not too long to wait now but plenty of time to reread the book and refresh yourself before the season starts!
I think my memory is getting worse with age because I definitely didn’t follow the entire trailer so I’ll be picking up the book before then series starts! This is my favourite Liane Moriarty book, really hoping the series does it justice.
