If you missed it with the rush over the festive season, Channel 4 in the UK produced an adaptation of Michael Rosen’s classic children’s book, We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. The maker’s of The Snowman and the Snowdog, a Christmas classic, produced the adaptation and thankfully it’s available on catch up for those who missed it!

We’re Going on a Bear Hunt was a favourite of mine when I was small, and the timeless classic was also loved by my own children.
It’s rhythmic pace, the slight feeling of mystery it invokes and the magical storytelling makes it the perfect story for small children and this animated version is just magical. I don’t even have small children and I loved it!
