When A Series of Unfortunate Event was filmed as a movie a few years ago, it was fairly well received but fans of the book series felt the story had been rushed a little and would have done better as a series. It seems someone at Netflix was listening because there’s a series coming in January ad the Netflix has debuted the trailer!
It opens with Lemony Snicket, played by Patrick Warburton, talking about the terrible tale of the Baudelaire Children. He offers a fantastic voice for narration as he wanders around the empty set explaining about the woeful state of the cast.
Fans have a while yet until the new show casts, it’s premiering on Netflix early next year on 13th January, yes FRIDAY 13th January!
