Ruler of Books – What would you set in law?

I stumbled across this video today and the title ‘The Ruler of Books’ caught my eye. The video is actually about the things you would do if you were the ruler of books and it poses an interesting question! I had an answer for every question and they were rarely the same as Ariel’s and that got me to thinking how you would answer.

So, with the power invested in me I now pronounce you the Ruler of all Bookingdom, you have the power to add to or rid the world of anything you wish to related to literature. What new laws will you pass today?
