Schitt’s Creek creators, Dan and Eugene Levy, will be releasing a book about the award-winning show this Autumn.

The father and son team brought us the brilliantly comic and quirky story of the Rose family in 2015, and since then it has won 9 Emmy Awards, and our hearts. There are six season altogether, plus a behind-the-scenes documentary which shares its title with the book.

The Levy’s book Best Wishes, Warmest Regards: The Story of Schitt’s Creek was acquired by Trapeze Books and is available for pre-order now, with its release due in October 2021. It is said to really capture the “essence and alchemy of all six seasons,” celebrating “the town, the characters, and the state of mind that is Schitt’s Creek.”

Trapeze Books have said:

“The show has established a position as the kind of escapist television that we’ve needed in tumultuous times. To enter the world of Schitt’s Creek is to escape to somewhere you don’t want to leave and for so many viewers, the series finishing left them bereft.

“Reading Best Wishes, Warmest Regards is like taking a trip back to the Rosebud Motel with the cast as your guide, a feel-good journey back to the creek that we all need.”
