Your Top Ten Self Development Books

Over on our Social Media pages we asked you to recommend your favourite Self Help/ Self Development books; I had absolutely no idea there were so many! We ended up with hundreds of different titles and very few that received more than one vote, it seems that there are as many Self Development books out there as there are readers of them.
We have put together the ten titles that received more than one vote and collated them into a list for you. Perhaps you’ll find the exact book you were looking for but hadn’t realised you needed it. You never know.

It seems that soothing the spirit and salving the soul is still the priority for most of us and with that, The Bible heads our list of Self Help literature.

If I were feeling disingenuous  I could comment that this next title is a bit of an oxymoron but I’m not so I won’t.

Fourth is a Title I could definitely do with adding to my book collection; The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing sounds like the perfect thing for me to read whilst avoiding the housework.

Louise Hay’s YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE is an extraordinary expression of love, forgiveness, compassion, and support. Give yourself a gift and buy that one, too.
