The Literature in Numbers Quiz

By December 11, 2015Quizzes

Literature is all about the words and letters, but sometimes numbers have significance too! If you’re a literature buff but your maths isn’t so hot, don’t worry as this is exactly the right numbers quiz for you, but it’s not as easy as it looks.

All you need to do is match the literary clue to the relevant number. How many can you get? These are all famous books from literature, from a range of genres, but can you get the significant number?

You forgot Anne Bronte. That’s what threw me off–you didn’t include her. Maybe she wasn’t as famous as Charlotte and Emily but I think she deserves recognition just like her sisters.

No we didn’t, you’re including Charlotte in the sisters 🙂 The questions is Charlotte’s sisters, they don’t include Charlotte herself.

For Charolette Bronte sisters, is it just including Emily and Anne because they were also writers and not Elizabeth and Marie? I chose 4 first, then 2 when that was wrong thinking the quiz just wanted the two that became writers.
