Rowan Atkinson is a genius comedic actor; from his first forays into comedy in the early eighties with Not the 9 0′ clock News to Black Adder and eventually into film with Johnny English he never fails to have audiences in hysterics with his brilliantly rendered characters.

In this video we meet Mr Bean, a largely silent and adorably naive character but one who has a tendency to ‘bugger things up’ quite a bit as he visits his local library to look at some rare books.
