I was watching an old family home video last night and this cartoon was on in the background. The Bookworm; a 1939 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer cartoon about a Bookworm and the Raven who is hunting him to complete a coven’s recipe. Mel Blanc supplies the Raven’s voice.
There is a sequel The Bookworm Turns but I’ve only been able to find a German version of the video.
