Urmston Bookshop is situated in a suburb of Manchester and serves the local community and a wide range of schools in and around the local area.

We stock a range of titles for both adults and children together with specialist cards, stationery, gifts and many other educational toys and games.

Our bijou(that’s another word for small!) cafe serves a variety of hot and cold drinks and also some delicious home-made cakes and cookies.

We also have a meeting room with an SMART Interactive board. This room is used for all different events from story times, author visits, book clubs to photographic exhibitions. Several schools have also used the room for book based staff meeting and in-service training.
