Last October we reported (here) on a special kind of vending machine popping up all over Grenoble, France. Eye-catching and innovative, this bright orange stand offers a few minutes of escapism for any passer by.
Short stories are available as 1, 3, or 5 minutes long- which is entirely down to the reader. If you are stopping for a quick coffee, a five-minute story may be right up your street!
They have proven so popular that the trend has spread from France to the United States. If you are lucky enough to live in San Francisco, Miami, Penn State College, or Boston, you may have seen a vending machine around the campus of coffee shop. There is also one each in Conakry, Guinea, Hong Kong, and Australia!
