Bluebird Books is a beautiful, artistic bookshop located in Hutchinson, Kansas. The reason for the bluebird theme, is that “the bluebird’s cheerful disposition and remarkable hue have earned him a well-deserved place… no other bird is featured more in literature, art and music.” It is very community involved, and holds many activities, projects and contests for the local community to get involved in! There is also a little cafe, offering homemade baked goods and its own ‘Bluebird Coffee’, which is a custom blended coffee roasted by ‘Radina’s Coffeehouse & Roastery’ in Manhattan, Kansas (the blend was created especially for Bluebird books!).
