Despite its quaint name Ol’ Curiosity is a fairly new bookstore which was opened in 2012 by Spencer Madrie and his mother Ann Mote.
They pride themselves in welcoming book lovers into their “quaint, old-house-turned-bookshop with its charming selection of new and used books, antique furniture, unique gifts and more.”
They have focused on the type of store where customers are encouraged to “sink into a comfortable chair and get lost for hours inside the pages of your favourite books.”
A young and vibrant bookstore that is working hard to become somewhere that all book lovers need to have marked on their map.
