Southcart Books is Walsall & the Black Country’s only independent bookshop.
The owners are Scott & Amy who have recently moved to a larger location after they started 2 years ago in a small shop in a quiet Walsall backstreet and due to their relative success and outgrowing their old location have moved on to bigger and better things.
“We are at the heart of Walsall`s blossoming arts & literature community holding regular events , these include our bookclub , creative writing courses & our now infamous “bookshop parties” where many local & not so local authors attend to read , talk and sign their brilliant work (all events are free )
We specialise in sci-fi , fantasy & horror, plus stock comics & graphic novels but also stock many other genres.
