The news hasn’t been great lately, but out of this entire crisis we’ve had some beautiful moments. The clearing of the water in the Venice Canals, the view of the Himalayas across India, and now the early release of the next book from Stephen King!
King was due to have a collection of stories out later this year called If It Bleeds, and that collection includes a standalone sequel to The Outsider. However it’s now been announced that the collection will release on 28th April instead, and we’re sure that will be great news to any King fans currently feeling like they are stuck in one of his novels.
The collection contains three short stories and a short novel and will be out on 28th April, scroll down for pre-order information.
And if that wasn’t enough, King treated his fans this week to a reading of the first chapter of the short novel, and you can spend eight minutes with your favourite author, getting a taste of his latest work by clicking play below:
We hope you enjoyed that! You only have a week to wait now until If It Bleeds hits the shelves.
