In 2016, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them took Harry Potter fans on a brand new adventure which followed a young wizard named Newt Scamander as he embarked on a magical adventure in 1920’s New York. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the sequel later this year and, to help tide you over, a featurette named ‘Back to Hogwarts’ has been released.
The video features the cast and crew, including J.K. Rowling, reflecting on what it was like to return to the magical school of witchcraft and wizardry. The feature also shows us a sneak peak of a young Albus Dumbledore tutoring Newt Scamander as a student of Hogwarts. Check it out below:
Fantastic Beasts 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald is set to be released on November 16 and sees Eddie Redmayne returning as Newt Scamander, as well as Jude Law portraying Albus Dumbledore and Johnny Depp as the dark wizard Grindelwald. The film is being directed by David Yates and was written by Rowling, who also serves as a producer.
