Did you make a resolution to be healthier and fitter in the New Year? Maybe you made a gym promise, or started a new diet. We hope you’re sticking to your resolutions ok, I only made bookish ones and they should be fairly easy to keep.
However, the UK book charts this week would indicate that the fitness bug is strong, and sales of the book Lean in 15 show that the Resolutions are still strong for many of you!
Lean in 15 is a concept by Joe Wicks who devises 15 minute meals and workouts that allow you to keep fit and eat healthily. The diets have come under some criticism recently for the costly aspect of the ingredients, but clearly people aren’t put off as three of the books in the series are in the top ten this week, dominating the charts.
Places 1-4 in the UK book chart this week are only broken up by Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them: The Official screenplay and that’s at number 3 in the official charts, but places 1, 2, and 4 are all taken by different versions of Lean in 15 by Joe Wicks as the fitness kick continues through January for many.
Here are the three Lean in 15 books dominating the book charts this week:
