What Happened is out September!

The world has been much looking forward to the memoirs from Hillary Clinton, promised by publishing house Simon & Schuster a few months ago. Yesterday it was announced that the new book will be called ‘What Happened’, and Clinton promises unparalleled candour and honesty as she lets her guard down for this highly personal book.

The introduction by the presidential candidate reads “In the past, for reasons I try to explain, I’ve often felt I had to be careful in public, like I was up on a wire without a net. Now I’m letting my guard down.” according to a statement today from Simon & Schuster giving readers an insight into what they can expect if they pick this novel up on release in September of this year.

The presidential race and all that has followed has been a rocky one, from accusations of sexism and collusion to the shaking up of the FBI and America’s relationship with Russia, and Clinton promises to give all the answers in this no holes barred account.

The book was announced back in February, and was originally billed as a book of essays. That idea has now evolved into a complete memoir telling the story of Clinton’s life, up to and including the presidential race.

Upon news of the announcement What Happened jumped from 3,350th to 17th on Amazon.com and whatever you think of Clinton, you can be sure this will be one of the bestselling books of 2017.
