Michael Wolff Pens Explosive Fire and Fury Sequel

It’s a little over a year since Michael Wolff released Fire and Fury, a look at Trump’s presidency after Wolff got exclusive access to the White House. The book was released early under a furore of controversy and a cease and desist notice and went on to become one of the best selling books of 2018.

Now Wolff has announced a sequel, a look at Trump’s second year in power with Seige: Trump Under Fire to be released on June 4th of this year. The book will be published in the US by Henry Holt, and by Little, Brown in the UK.

Just like Fire and Fury, Siege: Trump Under Fire is well researched with Wolff interviewing 150 sources including former senior officials and acquaintances outside the White House, including two thirds of the sources from Fire and Fury giving follow up interviews.

The release of Fire and Fury caused a presidential meltdown with legal action threatened, something that ultimately seemed to only add to the book’s popularity. How the president will react to this news is anyone’s guess.
