Today, Jojo Moyes has announced on her social media pages that she is continuing the story of Louisa Clark with a third novel! It was the huge book of last year in our community, and after Me Before You, you all went nuts for After You, but the story isn’t over as there’s a third book coming in the spring of 2018!
I’m a huge fan of Jojo Moyes, and her books span a range of diverse subjects but it was Me Before You that broke the hearts of a million readers, and (without spoiling the story), it didn’t seem there was anywhere to go from the end.
However, Louisa Clark was quite the character, bumble bee tights and all, and her story continued in After You, the second bestselling book following the same character. In Moyes’ statement today she says that when writing the second book, she always knew there would be a third. Here’s Moyes’ statement in full:

If you haven’t read the first two novels in the series then they come highly recommended. The first book, Me Before You follows the story of Louisa Clark who takes the job of carer to Will Traynor, paralysed in a car accident. After You picks the story up after Will and continues with Louisa’s life, and the third book is to see her face new challenges in her usual humorous way!
The third book is expected in the spring of 2018 and we’ll have more as it develops.
