Book-lover and cookie-eater, Lauren Ferrell, posted her creations on Twitter, making her followers’ mouths water. The very talented Twitter user has been showing off her baking and decorating skills this lockdown with detailed book cover cookies!
Each cookie is painstakingly decorated with the book cover of Lauren’s favourite novels, with impressive detail. Using a simple sugar cookie recipe, and some perfectly mixed coloured icing, each book cover is a testament to Lauren’s love of reading and baking. Plus, as Lauren says – lockdown has provided some well-deserved time off to pursue this ingenious idea.
