Stunning Literary Art Installations with James Trevino

Literary art on Instagram is becoming such a popular form of creative expression and we are absolutely in love! After discovering Elizabeth Sagan’s bookish blog on Instagram, we have now discovered her masculine literary art twin: James Trevino, ‘bookstagrammer’, cat dad, and self-professed Potterhead.

James’s art is just as inspiring and creative as Elizabeth’s, and full of literary references for the keenest readers. Check him out on Instagram if you like what you see below!

Who is your favorite Lord of the Rings/Tolkien character? πŸ“š One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them. πŸ“š If you have been here long enough you know about my obsession with everything Tolkien. The LOTR movies are my favorite movies of all time by far and I've watched them so many times I can literally quote them by heart (I did that with my brother when we watched Fellowship of the Ring recently for almost 20 minutes before he asked me to stop LMAO). πŸ“š I've read almost everything Tolkien wrote. I still have some of the History of Middle Earth series left and Unfinished Tales (which I just started today). My favorite Tolkien book is The Silmarillion (which I would place as my favorite book ever, tied with Harry Potter 6). As for favorite Tolkien character I will go with Feanor when we are talking the whole Tolkienverse and Arwen if we talk LOTR. OMG, I want someone to talk to about this universe nonstop! And can Amazon please hurry up with that series?!! I need something new to obsess over! πŸ“š Also, hope your weekend was great! πŸ“‘ πŸ“‘ πŸ“‘ #lordoftherings #lotr #bΓΌcher #tolkien #本 #θͺζ›Έ #booktography #thehobbit #hobbit #bookporn #jrrtolkien #bookstagram #booknerd #acreativevisual #megustaleer #aragorn #frodo #ΠΊΠ½ΠΈΠΆΠ½Ρ‹ΠΉΡ‡Π΅Ρ€Π²ΡŒ #gandalf #middleearth #instalivre #hobbiton #sundayfunday #writerscommunity #artistsoninstagram

What are your favorite Harry Potter movies? How would you rank them? πŸ“š Ok, first of all, I know what you think: James, you just had an angel themed pic a few days ago. I know, I know, but this was not supposed to turn out like this haha. To give you a bit of insight into my creative process (for those few of you that actually careπŸ˜‚): this was supposed to be a Harry Potter themed pic (it still is, with the Elder Wand and the Deathly Hallows 'tattoo'). I was supposed to have a spell fight with @elizabeth_sagan , the spells would have been made of books. Cool stuff. But after 5 hours of trying to fit everything in one pic and resize and all, I gave up on the idea. It just looked unrealistic (not that this angel/wizard hybrid doesn't, but anywayπŸ˜‚). The thing is, I quite liked my pose there so I decided to add some stuff and this came out of it. πŸ“š Now back to Harry PotterπŸ˜‚ My movie rank looks like this: 1. HP and the Goblet of Fire 2. HP and the Deathly Hallows (together) 3. HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban 4. HP and the Order of the Phoenix 5. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 6. HP and the Chamber of Secrets 7. HP and the Half-Blood Prince (as a book this is my favorite) 8. HP and the Sorcerer's Stone πŸ“š Long ass caption, so I will end it here. Hope you day was great, folks! πŸ“‘ πŸ“‘ πŸ“‘ #sundayfunday #reading #ps_wanderlust #read #whpplay #harrypotter #books #bookphotography #hogwarts #literate #honar_doostan #yalit #jkrowling #writerscommunity #artistsoninstagram #ilovebooks #poetry #ronweasley #library #hermionegranger #dumbledore #fantasticbeasts #slytherin #gryffindor #ravenclaw #hufflepuff #Π³Π°Ρ€Ρ€ΠΈΠΏΠΎΡ‚Ρ‚Π΅Ρ€ #tattoo #fromabove
