Win a Signed Copy of Spilling Ink by Darrielle Cresswell

This week we’re celebrating, because Darrielle Cresswell’s pile of scraps of paper and scribblings in notebooks has become and actual, tangible book of poetry and having already read and reviewed it, I can tell you it’s absolutely wonderful! Now Darrielle has kindly offered to give away three signed copies of Spilling Ink, this week via For Reading Addicts and you have the chance to win one.

Joining in is really simple, and the competition is almost poetic itself, in that you’ll have to sum up a lot of feeling and emotion in just a few words. What we want from you is a Ten Word Story. No more, no less, ten words!

How to enter:

To enter, you have two options. You can either email me, entering the words Ten Word Story as the subject of your email, or you can tweet us @Reading_Addicts using the hashtag #TWS. Entries on the Facebook wall do not count, I am sorry but they get lost in the melee.

Entrants have until Thursday night at midnight to get their entries in, but be aware the quicker the entries are in, the longer you have to pick up those votes. I will then jumble up the order of all the entries and share them over the weekend so everyone gets a chance to rack up some likes.

How to vote:

When submitted all stories will be turned into images and posted on our Facebook page in a competition album, and a like to any story will be considered a vote. If you’re voting, you can ‘like’ as many of the images as you want to, but be aware that you are helping to choose the winner.

How to win:

The three stories with the most votes when I count them up at midnight (UK) on Sunday 22nd March will win a signed copy of Spilling Ink by Darrielle Cresswell. It’s as simple as that.

The prize:

The prize is one of three signed copies of the book, and you can read my full review of Spilling Ink by Darrielle Cresswell here.

Good luck everyone! The competition is open. If you scroll down to the bottom of this post I have also added all the entries uploaded so far as an embedded post.
