I think Charlotte Bronte wrote an unfinished novel called Emma Brown (not positive).
Exactly that 🙂 We wouldn’t make such a rookie mistake as mixing up Austen with Bronte. It was a trick question.
I had to think about that one. I think the “Brown” was added to the version that someone “completed”; based on something like two chapters they knew where Brontë was planning to go, but I think her title (working title, at least) as just Emma.
