Khaled Hosseini (Born March 4th 1965) is one of the greatest writers of our time, and thanks to a worldwide publishing market, many of the wonders of Afghanistan have been brought to life for people in the West. His novels may be fiction but they are full of truths that hold up wherever you are in the world.
