The CW Network has taken Nancy Drew and turned it into a supernatural crime drama and anyone who grew up on these detective tales is sure to be screaming! The new adaptation will premiere on the CW Network this Autumn and stars Kennedy McMann as the titular character.
Nancy will be solving crimes in her hometown of Horseshoe Bay in Maine after her mother’s death threatens to derail her crime fighting. But when a socialite is murdered in town, Nancy and her friends get together to clear their name, and solve the crime.
The series will star Maddison Jaizani, Tunji Kasim, Alex Saxon, Scott Wolf, Alvia August, Leah Lewis and others. The adaptation is a production of CBS television studios in association with Fake Empire.
