Last year, Neil Gaiman’s popular novel American Gods came to the small screen with a TV adaptation from Starz. The first season was critically acclaimed and starred Ricky Whittle, Emily Browning, and veteran actor Ian McShane as the enigmatic Mr. Wednesday. The short teaser shows off some of the sets and features Gaiman promising that the new season will be “darker” and “more dangerous”. American Gods season 2 is set to air next year in 2019.
