And He’s Terrifying!

The hype is ramping up now for the new Netflix series of Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events. Just last week we showed you the first teaser, and now Netflix has released a second teaser featuring the fantastic Neil Patrick Harris as the dreaded Count Olaf.

One time star childhood star of Doogie Howser M.D, Harris has gone on to enjoy a variety of roles but is probably best known for his portrayal of Barnie Stinson in How I Met Your Mother. He’s a great actor, and as this teaser shows, he’s a terrifying, and brilliant Count Olaf.

The entire teaser draws out the reveal with Count Olaf’s eye, a cut shot of his tattooed ankle, a silhouette, until the final reveal on his face as the character, but again as it’s only a teaser, these little titbits are driving us mad!

The series will finally air on Netflix in January 2017 and it looks like it’s going to be fantastic. I haven’t yet been disappointed with a Netflix original show and the whole For Reading Addicts team is hoping this adaptation lives up to the books!
