Charles Dickens is renowned the world over for his writing, With over a dozen novels and twenty or so short stories to his name including the classics Great Expectations, A Christmas Carol and Oliver Twist surely there cannot be many people who do not instantly recognise his name?
In this clip from the sitcom Cheers, Frasier Crane is waxing lyrical about his favourite English author mush to the amusement of his fellow bar sitters and is in classic Frasier style needled into reading his favourite Dickens book aloud.
