Steadfast jingoistic followers of propaganda from the Russian government. (used in Russia and other post-Soviet states)
Originally a garment of poor, destitute people who possess nothing else and who are ready to wear it for the rest of their lives. In 2011, the word was used in a political magazine, and has now been recorded for a new usage.
