Jane Austen is easily one of the finest British writers of all time, and is arguably one of the greatest writers ever. If you’re craving some more Austen in your life then you’ll be pleased to learn a new film adaptation of Emma is set to be released, and a teaser trailer has been released.

The film is set to be released next year on February 14 and stars Anya Taylor-Joy as Emma Woodhouse, Johnny Flynn as George Knightley, Bill Nighy as Mr. Woodhouse, and Miranda Hart as Miss Bates. The film is directed by Aumn de Wilde, who is primarily known for her work as a photographer and for directing music videos for a number of high profile artists. The costume designs will be overseen by Alexandra Byrne, who has previously worked as a costume designer for films such as Elizabeth, Finding Neverland, and The Phantom of the Opera. No doubt many fans will be eager to see if it lives up to Austen’s novel.
