Since it made its debut in 2011, BO’s TV adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s Game of Thrones has become one of the biggest shows of all time. The eighth and final season is looming ever closer, and now HBO has got us even more excited by releasing a number of character posters which feature the remaining main characters sat upon the coveted Iron Throne.

Notable characters who were alive last we checked include Bronn, Yara, Tormund, Beric, Gilly, Gendry, and Qyburn, along with plenty of other minor characters. Here’s hoping they’re all safe and sound…for now at least.
Those of you who enjoy discussing the show on Twitter will also be pleased to learn that HBO has teamed up with the social media site to release some very cute Game of Thrones-themed emojis which include all your favourite characters from Daenerys Targaryen to Tyrion Lannister. As Watchers on the Wall shows, they’re adorable.
With the finale season looming ever closer, it’s only a matter of time before HBO releases a full trailer for the show’s end, we certainly can’t wait! Game of Thrones season 8 is set to begin on April 14.
