Neil Gaiman’s Likely Stories

By May 23, 2016Video

Yes that’s right Neil Gaiman’s Likely Stories is coming to a television set near you, well as long as you live in the UK, or can access Sky Arts, or can stream it, or can find someone who will face-time you and then sit quietly whilst you enjoy these four delightfully dark tales from the master of the short story.

The four episodes will be shown on Sky Arts beginning on Thursday 26th May at 9pm (BST) with the episodes titled as follows:

1, Foreign Parts: A story of identity.
2, Feeders & Eaters: A ghostly tale.
3, Closing Time: Hauntingly  scary.
4, Looking For The Girl: A life spanning story.

Of the 30 minute shorts Neil Gaiman said: “Short stories traditionally do not get a lot of love from television. I’m really excited to see what the team are going to do and make with Likely Stories -they’ve given it real thought and it feels like it’s going to be something very, very special.”

I love Neil Gaiman, I mean I seriously fangirl over this author and I cannot wait to see how these adaptations translate. Please let them be great!
